Noah’s Ark

These shots are from a series featuring the old hulks down on the shoreline at Eastney, the East most part of Southsea, next to where the ferry to Hayling Island leaves. Apparently, although I can’t find any information to back this up, this particular ‘boat’ is called Noah’s Ark and is one of the lifeboats from the Titanic. I’d love to know if this is true or not.

Early bird

This little fella is a gouldian finch. He’s part of todays photo shoot for the next weekend passions editorial, about the ex drummer of a pop/country and western group, who took up bird breeding as a hobby. The full story should be ready for the end of the week.
